Who we are
Fancy Cakes Boutique was founded by Jacqueline Ayala in 2019, right from the heart of her own kitchen. With a passion for the flavors of Puerto Rico, Jackie began crafting custom cakes that combined artistic expression with irresistible taste.
Word of these delightful creations quickly spread across the Central Florida area, and in 2023 our first location was opened in Lake Alfred. Today, our growth continues as dozens of restaurants across Central Florida serve our delightful treats, spreading our unique taste and charm.
Despite the growth, our core values remain unchanged — every cake is still crafted with the same love, attention, and Puerto Rican flair.
